Yuyao Maxun Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1998, which was specialized in developing, designing and manufacturing the wire connectors and splicing modules with more than 16 years. The company has factory area 11, 000 square meters and 38 employees, of whom 3 engineers, 5 inspection personal. The company adopts consistency oriented operations from the mold design, production, stamping and injection, modeling and summery to the completion of testing. Compared to connecting industry, Maxun has realized automated production of the main products. Now there are 14 automatic injection molding machines, 4 automatic punching machines and 10 newly built automatic assembly machines which greatly increase product′ S pass rate and output, solving the problem of artificial shortage and rising labor cost.
Regarding the quality control, Maxun insist on using the raw material of same origin, same manufacturer and same grade, realize the full inspection of the products′ Structure after assembling and random inspection of electric properties of each batch and pass the third party tests of RoHS and electric properties. In order to put the belief into practice, we establish the Quality Control Department and implement a quality management system ISO9001. Now the products are widely exported to South America, East Asia, Southeast Asian, East Europe and North Europe.
